These terms govern use of Bloom, including access rules, acceptable use, moderation, and product disclaimers.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Bloom only where lawful. Invite access may be limited, revoked, or adjusted as Bloom rolls out.
No Monetary Value
BLOOM is currently an in-app point system. It is not cryptocurrency, not an investment, not redeemable for money, and future utility is not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Bloom for spam, scams, impersonation, harassment, threats, illegal activity, or attempts to manipulate the platform, invite system, or rankings.
Moderation and Enforcement
Bloom may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety, legal, or platform-risk issues.
Service Availability
Bloom is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earning outcomes, or permanent availability.
