Bloom Account Deletion
How to delete your Bloom account and what data is removed or retained after your request is processed.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Sign in to the Bloom app.
- Open Profile and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
This permanently deletes your Bloom account from the product and cannot be undone.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email support@getbloomnetwork.com from the email address associated with your Bloom account and use the subject line Delete Account Request.
Include your Bloom username, the sign-in email address on the account, and any details that help us verify the request.
Data Deleted from Active Systems
When your deletion request is processed, Bloom deletes your account credentials and associated Bloom product data from active systems, including your profile, username, selected built-in profile icon, BLOOM balance, sessions, streaks, referral and team relationships, leaderboard presence, blocks, reports tied to your account, and access-grant records.
Data That May Be Retained
Bloom may retain limited information only when required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
Bloom does not use those limited retained records to keep your account active or visible in the app after deletion.
Retention Timing
Bloom removes deleted-account data from active systems when the request is processed. We do not currently publish a fixed retention schedule for the limited exception records described above, because those periods can vary based on legal or security needs.
Data stored only on your device or browser, such as local notification toggles or pending sign-up state, may remain until you uninstall the app, clear app storage, or clear browser storage.
